Privacy policy

What this site collects, and what we do with it.

Plain answers about the information that comes to Kelly Industrial Services through this website, our quote form and calls to the numbers shown here, including analytics and Google Ads, and how to opt out. Last updated October 6, 2026.

Who this covers

Kelly Industrial Services ("Kelly", "we", "us") cleans, paints and coats industrial facilities. This policy covers kellyindustrialservices.com, the quote and contact forms on it, and calls made to the phone numbers it shows. The site is meant for people asking about work at a business or facility.

What we collect

What you send us

  • The quote and contact forms: your name, company, phone number, email address, facility address, the service and timeline you pick, and anything you write in the message box.
  • Phone calls: the number you call from, when you called and for how long, and a recording of the call. You hear a notice before the call connects.
  • Email you send us, including replies to our confirmation email and anything you attach.

What is collected automatically

  • The pages you visit, how long you stay and how you arrived (a search, an ad, another site or a link).
  • Your device and browser type, and an approximate location worked out from your IP address.
  • Identifiers stored in cookies, described below.
  • If you arrive by clicking one of our Google ads, the click identifier Google adds to the link (it is called a gclid, gbraid or wbraid).

How we use it

  • To answer your request: review it, call or email you, scope the job, quote it and schedule the work.
  • To keep a record of our customers and the work we do for them, in our customer relationship management system.
  • To understand which pages, searches and ads lead people to ask for a quote or call us, so we can improve the site and spend our advertising where it works.
  • To show our ads to people who have visited the site before, as explained under Advertising.
  • To keep spam and abuse out of the forms, and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Using the form does not put you on a marketing email list. You get one confirmation email, and after that we contact you about your request.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This site uses these:

  • Google Analytics (names starting _ga): counts visits and tells us how the site is used.
  • Google advertising (names starting _gcl, plus Google's own cookies on its domains): records that a visit came from one of our ads, measures what happened next, and supports remarketing.
  • kis_adclick, our own: if you arrive from a Google ad, it keeps that ad's click identifier for 90 days so a quote request can be tied back to the ad.
  • CallRail (names starting calltrk): shows a tracking phone number and connects a call or form request to how the visitor found the site.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The quote form and phone numbers still work without them.

Advertising

We advertise with Google Ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, show our ads on sites across the internet. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone's past visits to this website. This is called remarketing.

We also use Google Analytics Advertising Features: Remarketing with Google Analytics, and the Google Analytics connection to Google Ads that lets us build those audiences and measure ad results. We and third-party vendors, including Google, use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as Google advertising cookies) together to decide which ads to show based on past visits to this site, and to report how ad impressions and clicks relate to visits.

To opt out:

Google explains how it uses information from sites like this one at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Measuring what ads lead to

An ad that brings in a request is only worth paying for if the request turns into work. So when a request that started with a Google ad click is quoted, and again if it becomes a job, we report that to Google Ads with the ad's click identifier, the date and the value of the job. Google uses it to report which ads led to work and to decide where our ads show.

We may also share a contact's email address or phone number with Google in a hashed form, which turns it into a code that cannot be read back, to match requests to ad clicks more accurately and to avoid showing our ads to existing customers. Google uses this information to perform these services for us, under its own terms and policies.

Who we share it with

We share information only with companies that help us run the website and the business, and only for that work:

  • Google: Google Analytics and Google Ads, as described above.
  • CallRail: call tracking and call recording.
  • Pipedrive: our customer relationship management system, where requests become customer records.
  • Vercel: hosts the website and processes the form.
  • Resend: delivers the form's notification and confirmation emails.
  • RingCentral: our phone system, which answers the calls.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, our people or others, or to a buyer if the business is sold or merged.

We do not sell personal information. Some state privacy laws treat advertising cookies like the ones described above as "sharing" or "targeted advertising". You can opt out of that at any time using the options under Advertising.

Phone calls

Calls to the tracking numbers shown on this site are routed through CallRail to our main line, and may be recorded for quality and training. A recorded notice plays before the call connects. If you would rather not be recorded, you can use the contact page instead.

How long we keep it

We keep form requests, customer records and call recordings for as long as we need them to respond to you, do business with you and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, and then delete them. Analytics and advertising data are kept for the periods set in Google's and CallRail's services.

Your choices

  • Ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, through our contact page (choose "Something else") or by calling 888-422-2623. We may need to confirm who you are first, and we may keep what the law requires us to keep.
  • Opt out of advertising cookies and remarketing using the options under Advertising.
  • Ask us to stop contacting you about a request at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under state law. We will answer any request as the law requires, and we will not treat you differently for making one.

Children, security and changes

This site is for businesses and is not meant for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, though no website or system is completely secure.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and change the date at the top.
