The outage calendar runs this territory
In a food plant the constraint is the sanitation shift. In a corrugated plant it is the changeover. Along the Gulf corridor the constraint is the turnaround, and it is a different scale of problem: planned months out, enormously expensive per day, and shared with every other contractor on the site.
That shapes how Kelly works here. Scope is agreed early and precisely, crew size is sized to the window rather than the budget, and the plan accounts for the reality that a coating crew and a mechanical crew will be competing for the same access at the same time.
The territory is also the most geographically spread of the six after Los Angeles. Houston to Albuquerque is most of a day, and Denver is further still, which is why work here is planned rather than dispatched.
The industries these
crews work in most.
Kelly serves every industry from every center. These are the ones concentrated inside this territory, which is what the crews here see week to week.
Petrochemical and refining
The Gulf corridor from Houston through Beaumont, Port Arthur, Lake Charles and Baton Rouge is the largest petrochemical concentration in the country. Corrosion protection on structural steel, tanks and piping is continuous work, and the outage calendar governs everything.
Plastics and resins
The resin and compounding base that sits alongside the petrochemical industry. Resin dust and release agent on molds and tooling, where abrasive methods are not an option and dry ice is.
Food and beverage
Processing and packaging across Texas, Arkansas and the Gulf states, including a substantial protein base, under USDA and FDA requirements.
Building products and paper
Mills and converting plants across Arkansas, Louisiana and east Texas, producing the same fiber and dust accumulation as the Southeast belt but spread further apart.
Aerospace and defense
The Dallas and Fort Worth manufacturing base, where precision surfaces and documented process matter more than volume.
Every Kelly service,
staffed from Dallas.
The full Kelly service list, the same full-time crews and the same documentation. Nothing is handed to a local vendor because the job is a long way from headquarters.
Who turns up,
and when.
Full-time Kelly employees
Every technician who walks into your plant from this center is a Kelly employee, trained to Kelly procedures and carrying Kelly insurance. No brokered labor, no local subcontractor filling in because the drive is long.
One number, wherever you are
888-422-2623 reaches Kelly directly. There is no regional switchboard and no call center. The call routes to a specialist who will tell you which center covers your plant and what the schedule actually looks like.
Scheduled against your window
Shutdowns, sanitation shifts, changeovers and planned outages. The survey sets the scope and the crew size is built for the window you have, rather than the window we would prefer.
Multi-site programs run as one
A group with plants in several states is one program with one point of contact, not one contract per site. Centers cross territory lines for these, which is what the overlaps below are for.
4 of the 7 states assigned to Dallas are also assigned to another center. That is deliberate, not an accident of the map. It means the nearest available crew takes the work rather than the one the territory line says owns it.

Five more crews,
covering the rest.
Coverage is all 48 contiguous states. If your plant is outside this territory, one of these is the one that reaches it.

Tell us about the facility.
We'll tell you straight.
A specialist reviews every request, not a call center. If it is not Kelly work, we will say so and point you in the right direction.
